Brand-new UP Makalu 4 is ready!

The Makalu 3 has been a very popular glider in the UP product range. Soon after its release almost 4 years ago it acquired the reputation of being a very reliable and safe glider, suitable for a large pilot segment. It takes time to improve on a legendary wing like this, but we're happy to announce that we're ready with the next incarnation in the Makalu family! We fully expect the new wing to become even more popular, not least because it preserves all of the positive characteristics of the "3" in an even more refined and sophisticated package. 2015 has been one of the most exciting years in recent memory here at UP. Among other things the Trango XC3 has helped the world rediscover the UP wings from all categories, and we've had a very busy year. But as you'll already know we're not ones for sleeping on the laurels - 2016 promises to be even more action-packed, with no less than 4 new gliders in the pipeline (ohh the suspense) plus the distributor meeting in March coming up... We look forward to much more of everything in 2016, and all of it happening TOGETHER WITH YOU, our valued partners all over the World!
